Abstract
A process for preparation of flat graphene ribbons, said process comprises of heating a calcinated substrate dipped in an alcoholic solution of iron salt, at a temperature above the boiling point of alcohol, under an inert gas or hydrogen gas flow, to obtain flat graphene ribbons.
