Method: Case report Results: A 1-year old healthy Chinese boy presented with 5 days history of fever, coryzal symptoms and acute bilateral symmetrical lower limb weakness with urinary incontinence 4 days following his first Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccination.
