Abstract
SERDANG, 12 Ogos – Program Food Analysis Training 2025 anjuran Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi Makanan (FSTM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) berjaya meningkatkan kualiti pengujian makanan tempatan ke piawaian global dengan memberi penekanan khusus kepada analisis komponen fungsian dalam makanan mengikut Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS).
