Abstract
SERDANG, 14 Mac - Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) melalui Jabatan Teknologi Makanan, Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi Makanan telah mengadakan program Bengkel Pemprosesan Hasilan Laut Menggunakan Teknologi Bertekanan Tinggi (HPP) bagi meningkatkan kualiti dan keselamatan makanan dalam industri hasil laut, baru-baru ini.
