Abstract

Selepas dilaksanakan di dalam organisasi, sesuatu sistem penilaian prestasi patut dinilai bagi memastikan sejauh mana ia mencapai matlamatnya dengan berkesan.Objektif umum kajian ialah untuk menentukan Sistem Baru Penilaian Prestasi Perkhidmatan Awam (SBPPPA) berkesan menilai prestasi kerja pembantu tadbir di Kementerian Pertanian Malaysia . Secara khususnya kajian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kesahan kandungan dan kepraktisan alatan pengukuran prestasi kerja serta mengenal pasti kesilapan pengadaran dan faktor-faktor yang dianggap mempengaruhi masalah ketidak tepatan pengadaran prestasi kerja pembantu tadbir.
