The developer and medical experts jointly combined ideas and efforts to disseminate profound and verified information, which is conveniently understandable by all quarters of people. Initially, a survey called ‘User Needs Study’ was conducted to ensure the design of the system satisfies the users’ expectations. This was followed by a Pilot Test, which shows that the kiosk successfully achieved the acceptable usability criteria. This will determine the user’s acceptance of kiosk.
