Abstract
L2 lipase is a unique purified thermostable recombinant lipase enzyme from Bacillus sp L2. It is highly recommended for industrial applications which require high temperature processes. It can catalyze hydrolysis of triglycerides, esterification, transesterification, polymerization and lactonization.
