Abstract
Effective knowledge management is vital in maximizing firm performance and upholding a competitive edge in the dynamic and knowledge-driven business environment. Therefore, the firm must maintain a developed and adequate knowledge management process to ensure compliance with Halal requirements and improve overall performance. The primary objective of this study is to explore the significance of knowledge management processes in implementing halal logistics practices. Data for the study was collected through a questionnaire survey, with 270 responses from managers of halal-certified manufacturers deemed suitable for subsequent analysis. The result indicates that knowledge acquisition, conversion, and application processes significantly influenced halal logistics practices. However, the knowledge protection process does not influence halal logistics practices directly. The findings of this study hold significant implications for academic scholars and industry professionals, especially those operating in the halal sector.
