Abstract

The idea for Navigating Business Challenges emerged from the shared recognition that today’s business environment is more dynamic, uncertain, and interconnected than ever before. This book brings together a diverse range of issues, exploring the technological, social, legal, and organisational forces that aect modern businesses. This volume comprises contributions primarily from business and management researchers at the School of Business and Economics, UPM, with additional chapters from scholars at other institutions. As editors, we are very grateful to the authors for their dedication in preparing and revising their work. We also like to thank the reviewers from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, for their valuable feedback. Our hope is that this book will inform and inspire business leaders, policymakers, academics, and students as they encounter and navigate the challenges of a rapidly changing business world.
