Abstract
In evaluating employee effectiveness and efficiency in the workplace, job performance stands out as a critical factor, extensively explored by scholars. Oliveira et al. (2021) posit that cultivating inclusive understanding and fostering active participation and idea-sharing within an organization can significantly enhance job performance. This is attributed to the ability of individuals to contribute robust solutions and adapt to the organization’s current dynamics. Central to augmenting job performance is the implementation of performance management practices (PMP), a concept intricately linked to gaining a competitive advantage in organizations (Carol & Florah, 2019). PMP encompasses various organizational requirements, including clear and measurable goals, accountability, mission, and adaptability.
