Abstract
Risk management is part of an integrated approach to managing possible business risks. Yakob et al. (2019) claimed that risk can be defined as an impediment to achieving business objectives. Accordingly, Njagi (2016) emphasized that managing these risks can protect and uphold reputation and business prominence. Nowadays, many uncertainties might happen and affect the business environment, such as the current outbreak of COVID-19 that plagues the whole world. Thus, businesses must have a reasonably good understanding of risk management practices to manage the risk of their organizations
