Neo-Aristotelian rhetorical analysis of Lalon Shah's songs containing humanity theme

Lalon Shah's songs, a cornerstone of Bengali culture, are celebrated not only for their melodic beauty but also for their profound philosophical depth and strategic use of language. Rooted in the Baul tradition, his compositions transcend the boundaries of religion, culture, and society, conveying universal themes of humanity that resonate with diverse audiences across generations. This study delves into the rhetorical strategies employed by Lalon Shah, focusing on how these techniques amplify his work's enduring relevance and philosophical depth. By adopting a Neo-Aristotelian rhetorical framework, the research examines the deliberate use of metaphor, repetition, and symbolism in Lalon's songs, offering insights into the cultural and social contexts that shaped his compositions.
