Abstract

FRUIT RATING CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM AND FRUIT RATING CLASSIFICATION METHOD A fruit ripening classification system (10), which uses computer vision application in agricultural quality control, to ensure fruit ripening category, characterized by the fact that the fruit ripening classification system (10) includes: a) a housing (12) having a compartment (12a) for the digitization process; b) a lighting means (14) with an optical lens lighting filter provided in the housing (12a) of the housing (12); c) a camera (16) provided in the upper part of the compartment (12a) of the housing (12); d) a feeding device (18) for carrying fruit samples to the housing (12); e) conveyor rotation inverter (19) f) a processing unit (20) for processing and analyzing the image of the fruit sample; g) a data acquisition interface (22) provided between the camera (16) and the processing unit (20); where the feeder device (18) is further provided with the separator (18a) controlled by the USB controller (23) and supported by the compressor (17) to control and separate the fruit samples; where the processing unit (20), still equipped with a disk top computational unit, serves to transfer data to a computer.
