Abstract
A method for transferring graphene-based materials, comprising the steps of providing a layer of graphene-based material (102) being formed on a holding substrate (104), pouring a hydrogel solution on the layer of graphene-based material (102) to form a layered structure of graphene-based material-hydrogel (106) having the layer of graphene-based material (102) and a hydrogel layer (108), peeling off the layered structure of graphene-based material-hydrogel (106) from the holding substrate (104), immersing the layered structure of graphene- based material-hydrogel (106) into water for initiating release of the layer of graphene-based material (102) from the hydrogel layer (108) and transferring the released layer of graphene-based material (102) onto an active substrate (110).
