Abstract

The present invention discloses a device and method for extracting Xanthones compounds from mangosteen peel, relating to the field of compound extraction. It aims to address the issue of horizontal disturbance of internal mixtures in existing extraction devices, where the weight of debris itself is substantial. Under the influence of rotational inertia, the relative movement between debris and liquid is limited, resulting in insufficient mixing efficiency. In the disclosed apparatus, the upper end of the extraction cylinder is fixed with a horizontal partition inside. On one side of the extraction cylinder, along the upper end of the horizontal partition, a driving motor is installed. Inside the extraction cylinder, a upper driving chamber is formed along the upper end of the horizontal partition. Inside the upper driving chamber, a rotating shaft is installed along the output shaft end of the driving motor.
