Abstract

Knowledge is the most significant factor in production, next to labour, land, and capital. It is concerned with managing and sharing knowledge and experience for an organization's development. Knowledge Management (KM) has become more important in the competitive market world for sustainable organizational growth. Knowledge Management (KM) is the process of integrating organizational knowledge for the business's long-term gain. This is focused on strategic planning, requiring the development and support of multiple knowledge-centric management processes. Hence, this paper proposes Adaptive Heterogeneous Structural Equation Modeling (AHSEM) to develop effective strategic business planning for an organization based on the knowledge management process. This paper indicates that the lack of a well-defined development strategy to guide implementation is a significant cause of several KM initiatives' failure. This paper explores the strategic planning requirements of the KM implementation process and develops a structure that companies may use directly to manage implementation. The numerical results show a high-performance ratio when compared to other existing methods.
