Abstract

SERDANG, 3 Feb – Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) mengorak langkah pemantapan Pelan Strategik 2011-2013 dengan mencapai petunjuk prestasi utama (KPI) sebanyak 92.74 peratus daripada sasaran bagi tahun 2011. Naib Canselor UPM, Dato’ Ir. Dr. Radin Umar Radin Sohadi menjelaskan kejayaan itu disumbangkan oleh KPI Akademik sebanyak 89.33%, Penyelidikan dan Inovasi (92.61 %), Hal Ehwal Pelajar (95.60%), Jaringan Industri dan Masyarakat (100%), Sumber Manusia (76.89%), Pengurusan Kewangan (80%) dan Perkhidmatan Perpustakaan (96.29%). Beliau berkata kejayaan itu hasil penggubalan KPI Naib Canselor dengan 42 petunjuk yang menekankan orientasi outcome based, memperturunkan KPI Naib Canselor kepada KPI JPU, Dekan, Pengarah dan Staf melalui mekanisma perkongsian dan kajian semula KPI Naib Canselor setiap tiga bulan.
