SERDANG, 3 April – UPM dan The University of Sheffield (Sheffield) akan menjalankan kerjasama akademik dengan memperkenalkan program ijazah doktor falsafah (PhD) secara bersama yang dikenali Jointly Awarded Research Degree (JARD) di sini hari ini.
