Abstract

Parasitoid telur Nilaparvata lugens, Sogatella fureifera (Delphacidae), Nephotettix virescens dan N. nigropictus (Cicadellidae) telah disampel sebanyak empat kali, di plot eksperimen tanaman padi UPM dengan menggunakan kaedah Otake, bermula dari padi berumur empat hari sebingga 71 hari selepas diubah. Pokok padi yang mengandungi telur Delphacidae atau Cicadellidae sahaja, dan campuran telur Delphacidae dan Cicadellidae telah diletakkan di lapangan selama dua hari,kemudiannya dibawa ke makmal dan dibedah. Kelompok telur yang diperolehi dieram sehingga parasitoid dewasa keluar daripada telur yang diserang. Sembilan spesies parasitoid daripada genus Anagrus (Mymaridae),Oligosita dan Paracentrobia (Trichogrammatidae) telah diperolehi, lima di antaranya spesies major iaitu O. yasumatsui,P.andoi, A. nr. flaveolus,O. nephotetticum dan O.nr. brevicomis, dan empat spesies minor iaitu A.optabilis, A. flaveolus, A. frequens dan P. yasumatsui.Total parasitisme telur N.lugens berjulat antara 15.0% - 22.1% ,S.
