Abstract

Satu pengesan kuasa alur laser berasaskan kesan fotoakustik keatas bahan pepejal dibentangkan. Isyarat fotoakustik yang dihasilkan oleh alur laser dikesan dengan menggunakan pengesan PTZ. Pengesan yang menggunakan unsur bunyi piezoelektrik ini berupaya untuk mengukur kuasa satu alur laser dengan nilai responsiviti berubah dari 4.05V/mW pada 68 Hz hingga 1.25 V/mW pada 211 Hz. Pengesan jenis ini disamping memberi responsiviti yang baik, ia juga dikenal pasti sebagai satu pengesan yang ringkas dan murah serta berkebolehan mengukur kuasa dan tenaga kedua-dua laser jenis selanjar dan laser denyut.
